Financial investments are indeed a must for a persons future. These monetary investments should be nourished for the person to have financial security when retirement comes. But aside from these, there is another kind of investment that is in fact more important than those financial venturesand without it, these financial ventures can go to waste.
No matter how clich a saying this might be, it should be kept in mind that indeed, health is wealth. What will you do with your riches if your health is degenerating? It will only be short-lived and you wont enjoy much of it when you grow old since youll probably be spending the rest of your life on medication, or, if worse comes to worst, in the hospital. Investing early on wealth is not really that hard and some health investments entail everyday routine such as eating, sleeping and others. Including vegetables on your daily diet, following the food pyramid, sleeping 8 hours a day or more and exercising at least 20 minutes a day are only a few of the regimen that should be religiously followed everyday for you to achieve that healthy mind and body.
However, there are some factors in life that cannot be avoided, like stress, old age and external causes such as pollution and sedentary lifestyles, among ohers. With stress comes the possibility of being burned out, consequently losing interest in all the things that you do. Old age and external causes on the other hand may trigger body aches (joints), vision problems, slow deterioration of your immune system and so on and so forth.
