Eating at restaurants with youngsters may very well be a frustrating experience for any parent.

If they want the double cheeseburger, downsize it to a junior burger and dont let them include all of the mayo and fried bacon so that you will be able to eliminate some unwanted fat while keeping their diet more in the nutritious range.
Bring the meal to a playground (or to your home) in order to avoid having them be tempted by seeing what the other boys and girls are having. From time to time parents cave in to their kid’s demands and order unhealthy french fries just to avoid the unpleasant tantrums they will throw in the diner.
