If you want rock hard abs without doing crunches then you need to plan ahead. What most people do is jump right into their training program without having a plan. It is great that you are starting your training program, but it is a bad idea to start without a plan. The main reason you don’t want to start your training program with out a plan is because if you do not do crunches you will need to substitute that with other things and those other things have to be planned.
If you do not want to do any crunches then you will need to plan a cardio work out with a eating plan and a water intake plan.. The main reason you need to plan all these is because you want to do a minimum of half an hour of cardiovascular exercise 6 times a week and get it done around five to six at night.Have you ever imagined losing weight while you sleep? Well that’s what goes on. The main reason you need to do it at this time is so you can burn off calories while you sleep.
The purpose of planning what you will eat and when you will eat is because you want to eat half of that which you normally eat per day in a overall of six meals. You want to have a your meals about 1.5 hours apart. Most people wake up around six and also have breakfast around 7, so you’ll have your last meal at 4. The reason you need to eat your last meal around 4 is so you do not hold more empty calories within your body for your cardio workout and while you sleep.
Why is maintaining our health so important? For starters, scientific studies have shown that those who lead a healthy life are more likely to live longer. As if the longer life span isn’t a strong enough incentive, there are consequences for not adhering to the healthy lifestyle. Sicknesses, diseases, and even body pains are the very common symptoms, and they also signify that you haven’t kept your body in tune.
Often times we neglect our health, especially in today’s fast paced work world. We work day in and day out, but we never realize that we are forgetting the number one important thing in our life: our health. We never explicitly tie health to our own happiness, but our health plays a large part in it.
If you want to improve your health, there are several ways to do so. First is active exercise. It could either be jogging, swimming, sports, or even yoga and dance. As long as your body is moving, it is working! Not only does exercise help tone your muscles, but it also allows your internal system to function properly.
Having a consistent workout routine ensures that your body is fit and in shape. Working out is important because a strong body develops a strong immune system. Think of it as building a human shield against viruses and illnesses. Working out is a sure-fire way to enhance your healthy lifestyle.
Second is to eat a balanced and nutritious diet. That includes all the different food groups, as well as regular intakes. Remember to always eat a meal in the morning, so your body can work properly for the rest of the day! This might sound like simple medical advice, but it works!
Self improvement is the reason people are increasingly moving towards the wellness philosophy. Self improvement involves the intent to make ones life better in one or more ways. The same goes with wellness. But the main difference between the two terms is that wellness is a more defined philosophy, whereas self improvement is a very general term to use. So I will discuss wellness so you can get a handle on self improvement and integrate it into your life.
For the purposes of this discussion, when I say wellness, you may want to think self improvement if that makes it easier for you. The major foundation of wellness is self responsibility. We are by and large responsible for creating our world. So aside from unforeseen and genetic circumstances, our world is the result of actions or inactions by us for our entire lives, for better and for worse.
There are those who would argue that even genetic traits and unfortunate circumstances of birth are of our own making, and that they are either carryovers (Karma) from our past lives and/or that we have asked to be born in a particular way or under a particular set of circumstances. But that discussion is best had on another day. Suffice it to say that if I do not like something about my life, I need to take responsibility for it and change it.
Wellness can best be seen on a scale, a wellness scale. On one extreme of the scale is disease and death, and on the other extreme, wellness, health, Nirvana, perfection or some other ideal that we strive towards. We are somewhere on the wellness scale in every aspect of our lives and are either moving towards disease and death or towards health and perfection.
