How to manifest losing weight using the Law of Attraction

You may or not be aware of the Law of Attraction or believe in its premise that like attracts like. In other words, you attract what you think about. This can have the opposite effect of what the person actually desires, but the way the Law works is that the vibrational energy of your thoughts is what is attracted to you.

The thoughts and feelings of the state of mind known as wanting is what keeps you from manifesting that which you intend to have. Being fat and wanting to be fit without constructing the proper mindset will keep you in a state of being fat.

Here I shall reveal the flaw with people merely stating that their desire is to lose weight.

Lets look at the 5 Steps to Manifestation:

1.Know what you dont want.

2.Select what you do want.

3.Clear all negative or limiting beliefs.

4.Feel what it would be like to have, do, or be what you want

5.Let go. Act on your intuitive impulses and allow the results to manifest

People who make goals such as to lose 20 pounds certainly know what they dont want (Step 1) but do they have a clear vision of what Step 2 looks like?
Do they know what they want as a result of losing weight? Is it to be thin? Is it to fit into their skinny jeans again?

Typically, they have an overwhelming desire to want not to be fat that the choice of to want to be skinny or fit is almost suppressed. Their Step 1 and Step 2 are virtually the same.

This is a state of mind that gives too much energy into the wanting what you dont have and not focusing on what they really do intend that of being thinner.

This is why Step 4 is important. It provides the mind with the energetic vibration of being thin. Not the energetic vibration of I want to be thin. Effective educators of the Law of Attraction frown on using the phrase want when coaching people to describe what they intend to have.
