Mix 1 teaspoon to 1 quart of juice, without sugar additive. You may use any kind of juice. If you are on a long drive or are studying for a test and feel the need for coffee, drink down this mixture. It will help keep you going.

Squeezing the juice of half of a grapefruit into a glass of warm water is another way to increase your energy levels. Drink the juice mixture slowly, and then eat the rest of the grapefruit. You will be amazed at what it does for your energy levels. It will also increase your pucker power.
