A new type of travel is becoming the trend as a younger generation of world travelers has pushed hotels and resorts to offer much more than in years past.

This younger group of travelers wants more than before from their vacation, and so the tourism industry is providing new options, including resorts with Yoga and Wellness .

Yoga and Wellness Retreat Centers are becoming more and more popular throughout tropical destinations such as Costa Rica and Hawaii.

Costa Rica beach towns that focus on tourism, such as Montezuma or Santa Teresa in the southern Nicoya Peninsula, have a variety of locations to learn yoga, and the hotels and retreat centers compete over which is able to provide the most beautiful space.
